Aiden's Name

I really love Aiden's school. We're two weeks into the school year and he has learned to write his name. I didn't know this until earlier today when he was coloring and I happened to see that he was writing some letters. I asked him, "Can you write your name? A-I-D-E-N?". He happily said, "OK, mommy!" and quickly wrote it down. Here is our little guy's hand-written name:

Yes, the E has an extra little dash in there, but who's counting? As soon as he wrote it down, he handed it to me and said, "Here mommy, this is a present for you to keep forever". And you know what? It's going straight into his baby book to be kept forever. He's growing up so fast!
