Two Funnies

Nathan is a hoot sometimes, even when he's not trying to be.  This morning, I was giving him good morning kisses.  Lots of them, all over his face (he's got cute pudgy cheeks!).  After a while, he puts his hand up in front of my face and says, "Can you just get me some milk, please?".  Fine then.

This past Sunday we were visiting John's grandparents for a little while in the evening.  They have a box of toys that the boys play with every time we visit.  There are some classic Fisher Price toys in there, including the pull-toy Chatter Telephone (in case you need a visual).  Obviously, because it's from 1962, the phone has a cord.  The cord was a little frayed at the phone end and after a good tug from Nathan, it came apart, separating the phone from the base.  Nathan looks at it and says, "Oh, now it's a normal phone".  Ah yes, the new generation not having any idea what a corded phone looks like.

He really makes us laugh!
