For bedtime tonight, I read one of our old Animal Baby copies from November. Nathan likes them not so much for the stories, but because he likes it when I point to each and every animal and say, "What's that?" so he can answer me. But his answers tonight were a little off...
Me: What's that? (Pointing to a warthog)
Nathan: A walrus!
(Pointing to a moose)
Nathan: A Muse!
(Pointing to a Blue Footed Booby Bird)
Nathan: A booby!
- You might want to work on clarifying that one a tiny bit further, kiddo.
(Pointing to a puffin)
Nathan: A muffin!
Story time was quite entertaining tonight!

Wonderful! Ella likes those magazines for the same reason - people are always impressed with how many specific animals she knows, too...
