It's (Almost) Official!

The closing paperwork was signed yesterday and now we just wait for the sellers to sign. Then we'll get a call letting us know when to pick up our keys! Everyone is hoping for Thursday, but of course you have to plan for some delays so we know that there's the possibility that it might be Friday instead.

Our mortgage broker gave us what I like to call the "Congratulations! You just signed your life away!" gift basket. Kettle chips, key lime cookies, habanero sauce, and some other things. We look forward to digging into it! :^)
