We Wish You A Merry Christmas

Aiden sings a lot. As he plays with his toys, he's either reciting a Thomas the Tank Engine story or he's singing something. Lately, he's been singing We Wish You a Merry Christmas. The other day, I was singing along with him and would start up the song. "We wish you a merry Christmas, we wish you a merry Christmas, we wish you a merry Christmas and a happy...." and Aiden would end it with "....new grear". For some reason, he can't manage to say "year" in the song, but can say it alone as a word.
We had repeated this a few times throughout the day and Nathan had been paying close attention. As I repeated it yet again and was ending with "and a happy....", before Aiden could get any words out, Nathan pipes in with "BABY!". After a good laugh, we decided that wishing someone a happy baby was a pretty good thing to wish for!
